I’m Fabi. At the end of 2023 I opened two bungalows on Lombok and put them on Airbnb. The bookings came, the workload came with them, so I automated the operation: pricing, guest messages, check-ins, with a small team that works as part of the system. Today Sola runs at 95% occupancy across four units, on just one hour of my time per week.
That became the pattern. I run into a problem, I build the fix, and when the fix is good it becomes a product. A website for a massage practice in the Alps. A city app for finding places worth your time. A tool that makes Airbnb listings perform better.

Daraus ist ein Muster geworden. Ich stoße auf ein Problem, baue die Lösung, und wenn sie gut ist, wird ein Produkt daraus. Eine Website für eine Massagepraxis in den Alpen. Eine App zum Entdecken von Städten. Ein Tool, das Airbnb-Listings besser macht.
